"The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again."

"Great location, we walked to local restaurants and to the beach access. There were a few bars we were able to visit at night at well right on the other side of the street. The included breakfast was very nice and glad we had that perk."

"Definitely love this property. It is nice that it is literally steps from the beach. Got to tour their next door resort they are opening, absolutely beautiful. Everyone here was soo welcoming and accommodating. We tried to do their watersport but unfortunately it didn't work out. The rooms are nice and spacious. I would say the only negative was the beds. You can feel the springs through the mattress. Not comfortable but we enjoyed our time so we didn't let it bother us! My two teenage...

"The service was very good, the property was neat and clean. The mixed drinks and the food was decent. The only thing was that the food was menu style. I wish it were more of a buffet style but it wasn’t bad at all. I would definitely stay again."

"Great gated complex close to the amenities of Rodney Bay. I stayed in a studio which was well equipped to a good standard and a great size. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Fabulous bathroom with great multi functional shower. Great pool area, not a huge pool but perfectly adequate for relaxing."

"Bay Gardens Hotel is in the heart of the commercial center yet sufficiently private. There are four pools that are earliestly accessible and it's within 50 meters of beach and sea. The staff, especially Nadia, are nice abd responsive. Staff will recognize you by name if you are a returning for a second visit. Simply wonderful. It's my home away from home."
