"Outside of the room was great and staff was friendly. The room however was very disappointing! I paid extra for a balcony that was so small I couldn’t sit in the chair provided bc the small side table was pressed up against my legs. It was literally not even 3ft by 3ft. The room and bathroom were of motel quality, not what I expect from a Hilton or at this price point! The bathroom had a bunch of cheap ugly repairs and needs an overhaul or don’t charge so much! "It seemed overpriced. Almost $300 for one night, plus $100 deposit, for a pretty subpar experience. If you want to check out Queen Mary, go for it, do a tour, but it’s not really worth staying overnight. Several of the staff members were also quite rude- from check in, our tour guide, various staff we had contact with while walking around…For a one-time experience, I guess it was fine for the novelty of it, but I doubt we’ll be back."

"Clean room and the air conditioning was great. A great location for half the price of the surrounding hotels. Quaint rooms with the basics."

"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"I stayed at the hotel for a business trip, my room was great and very comfortable. My only complaint is I reserved a room with ocean view and instead I I had the view of a huge construction going on next to the hotel. Same construction that did not allow me to sleep as the workers will start working at 6:00 in the morning. You can hear the loud machines and the noise of the construction, I wish the hotel or Expedia will mention this when you are making your reservation."
