"This is my 3rd time staying here and each time I hope it will be different and it isn’t. The place is great, amenities are great, the room is spectacular but the elevators!!!!! You can be waiting for 30 minutes and then when you get in, you’re stopping at every single floor. The elevator situation is honestly horrible and so surprising as they have 4 elevators!! Such a shame. Also, the valet situation is awful. You’ll be waiting for your car forever!!!"

"This private apartment at the Hyde Beach house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Enjoyed all the amenities and the check in staff is so friendly! This was our third time staying at the Hyde and it did not disappointment. It was great for our family, like a mini vacation before our cruise."

"Clean room but staff was meeting customer service bare minimum. Check in (3/26) starting with cussing because he couldn’t find the pen at the front desk, not describing where the elevators are (had guy in cafe help find those) and when I asked where to find the WiFi via messenger on Expedia, I was replied to After I checked out. I tried to call front desk, if they don’t answer go ahead and try to leave a message… their platform is full and takes no new messages and then hangs up on you. Messy...

"The property is way out of maintenance with very poor quality on everything from bedding, bathroom and kitchen. The accommodation is more like a motel. I would never stay in this place again. It a shame for Expedia to advertise this condo as a luxury, a very misleading and potential a fraud to lure the people to stay in this place. Very disappointed."
