"The place is 200 m from Playa Chiquita entrance (cars can only go about 100 m, then it's end road and you have to walk anyway). They have a nice restaurant inside the property with really good food and you can avoid the crowds in town. Excellent place to rest and the staff is super kind."

"We stayed 3 nights in Kanik and it was great. The host Sebastian is just great. He is so friendly and makes sure you feel at home. The location is 20 min by car from Puerto Viejo so you are not far from the town with bars/restaurants etc but far enough to avoid the mass of people. Great beach accessible a few meters from the hotel. It was just perfect! I strongly recommend this place! "

"Los Bungalows son bastante bonitos y la experiencia en general fue buena. Al llegar al lugar si fue un poco confuso porque no estábamos seguros de dónde estaban los bungalows, por suerte una persona de limpieza nos vio y nos ayudaron. La propiedad es muy linda y rodeada de árboles, si considero importante mencionar que para llegar a los bungalows hay que pasar por el área común de los voluntarios del centro de rescate"

"The place is ok, a little over rated in my opinion. One has to get out of the car to open gate to get into a small parking space. They woke me up early on Sunday morning to move my car, cause I was the last one in the parking space last night and someone wanted to leave, so I had to get up to move my car. They were very rude about it. So parking is an issue, as it was raining hard and had to get out to open and close gate also."
