"The hotel was nice but a lot of things weren’t working during our stay! We were there for 3 nights and for 2 the hotel had no wifi. This was tricky since we are from out of the country. We couldn’t contact family, look up places to eat, or use maps/gps to get into town. There was no hot water in the shower which I guess is a small thing but still missed haha. The beds are really tough! Not soft at all. They also charge you for airport transfer per person while everywhere else we stayed had it included! The staff was really nice, the pool was clean, and the food at the restaurant was good. "

"The room is clean and good size for couple. The comfort room is clean and good size. I stayed in top floor ocean view with veranda. The staff are courteous and helpful, good communication skills. The Breakfast buffet was superb caters for local and international dishes. The Bar in the swimming pool was good. The hotel “ sari sari store” where I bought souvenirs and ocean bags were reasonable prices. The tour packages were priced reasonably. Definitely! recommend this Hotel Resort."

"Can’t express enough superlatives about my experience at the Busuanga Lodge. Starting with the staff. They were all highly attentive to any of our needs. They also helped with tours and other suggestions for things to do. The room was spacious and clean; laundry service, room service all wonderful. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. "Judith and her team were most accommodating. Very quiet and restful property. transfers to/from airport and with dugong dive center were all organised for us. Food was great and overall excellent value for money. Only downside was WiFi was very limited. Would recommend property"

"Pool under construction not finished. The speed boat to pick you up or to back and forth is $30 each way. . Beautiful view . Very limited selection food wise and prices are soo high. "

"I had a wonderful week at Sangat Island Dive Resort. Really I cannot overstate how special the place is. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable (no problem without air conditioning, there is a lovely breeze), the food is delicious, the location is beautiful and so peaceful, and the dive shop is fantastic It was beyond my expectations, just perfect. I did my PADI advanced certification (big thanks to Tom!). The wrecks are very cool, spectacular coral and a variety of fish. I also enjoyed the Coron Island Adventure with Clyde - such a fun, well-planned day to more spectacular places. I should also note that I was completely comfortable traveling alone there. Sangat proves that we can have a lovely vacation and still respect the environment. We can minimize our impact. I’ve heard other “eco resorts” aren’t really protecting the local environment. Sangat is genuine. "
