"Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing stays we have had at a hotel marketed as high-end. While the location is excellent, the property itself feels ancient, the rooms are small and not especially functional, and the dining options are quite limited. Overall, aside from its convenient location, the hotel did not meet the expectations we had for a property in this category."

"It was “aight”. It was definitely in a nice location but when we first got there they charged me an extra hundred dollars in hidden fees and parking plus a hidden deposit. They didn’t have a microwave. No take out. Not a very strong menu. The pool was okay but just okay could be a lot better with a better view. All in all. Hidden fees, hidden parking fees, no microwave, and in the morning we had some car damage could have come from rats eating cables but we can’t know for sure about that one...

"This is my 5th stay here at this hotel. This time i made a booking mistake and the Michelle helped sort me out without any charges and was done seamlessly. Grateful and they are in a super location and super nice views and friendly and homely staff members… always helpful. Shout out to Caesar and Michelle! Feel really at home here. "

"Great location, 5 min walk to Venice beach,clean enough, maintenance guys was always around but no desk as such. Only real disappointing thing was shower pressure and could hear noise from neighbours and main street."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise for the room decor, in room amenities, etc. But the negatives were the overpriced parking costs and also the location. The vagrants, homeless, drug addicts all around the entrance, alley ways, public areas in front of the hotel were disgusting. They even keep the main door locked cause of all the issues. Venice beach in general is disgusting. They really need to clean up that area to be charging those kind of prices."
