The staff was amazing - so kind and helpful! The rooms are small-ish but when you're staying on the beach you shouldn't need to spend time in your room anyway. The rooftop patio was a perfect cherry on top.

great location, no doubt about it but rooms are very small with bare minimum in it. Queen size bed for us (room 5). Building is old and don't look kept up. No elevator so people with heavy luggage be aware. No breakfast. Entrance through the back was confusing. Three nights there and i had it. But locarion is prime, right on Venice beach and away from the shaggy/ junkies crowd of Venice...
