The beach view and location was fabulous! However, the laminate floor throughout the bedroom, living area and bathroom was extremely dirty. It appears the staff does not mop the floors as they were sticky and very dirty, as evidenced on the soles of my white socks.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pensacola Beach
We had a private balcony that faced the beach. The view was amazing from the 10th floor. We watched the sunrise from the balcony and it was breathtaking. Quality Inn & Suites Gulf Breeze Bayside near Pensacola Beach
This motel is in a beautiful location. Stunning bay views and great place to watch the sunset. But, I would not recommend staying there. It's very outdated and I did not feel safe.
