Night life in Peñíscola, Spain, is just amazing; specially up the castello where loads of beautiful shops will make you stop to buy a cute souvenir. I was there in summer and there were so many options for late dinner, great cocktails and shopping. Seafood in the Spanish coast is just amazing, try the octopus! A walk throughout the beach by night is a must.

The location of this hotel is great and you tend to pay more for a big city hotel but some things could have been better. There wasn’t a single picture or decoration on the wall. Not a big deal but made the room kind of drab. The bed was old and kind of sagged on one side. The tv was small and wasn’t a smart tv so only one English channel. One chair and only tiny end tables. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked so didn’t feel like the hotel was well kept
