"En modo alguno puedo puntuar postivamente a un alojamiento que exige retirar las llaves (y por lo tanto realizar el check in) a partir de las 17 horas, y abandonar el apartamento y entregar las llaves a las 10 de la mañana. Ya sé que empieza a ser una norma muy habitual, pero como usuarios no debemos consentir este abuso y manifestar siempre que se produzca algo parecido nuestro malestar. Ya no se trata de recoger las llaves a las 15 horas y salir a las 12, o a las 11... Estamos hablando de...

"A la casa y a la comunidad le faltaba mucho el mantenimiento, como las mamparas que se caían, puertas que no cierran, cerraduras inexistentes, colchones muy deteriorados, pero la residencia era muy silenciosa y tranquila. Repetiría otro año si mejorarán las instalaciones."
