"The stay was amazing, beautiful hotel, nice Pools, nice poolside bar. My only compliment is the beds are far too hard. I know so people prefer firm beds but these were just alittle too hard for my liking. Also there are no hot tubs."

"I loved everything about my stay except the balcony situation. The balconies are not private, unfortunately. We had an oceanfront room, but could not really enjoy our view because the majority of the time, other people were on their balcony when we stepped out onto ours. You can even see and hear those below you as well. Otherwise, it was a very clean, wonderful smelling hotel at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Please put barriers up between the balconies!"

"Pool, hot tubs, bar, and bands were cool. Rooms were clean, but no soaps. Had to get them from desk. Never got towels during stay even when requested. Coffee bar was cool. Location is great."

"Stay was good. Hotel could use some updates, but was not horrible by any means. Floors in main room and bath room could be mopped. Check in and out was easy. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Lots of parking available. Overall stay was very good"

"Rooms have laminate flooring which I guess is good for sand cleanup for staff but a GIANT pain in your room walking barefoot, then to try and get into bed without bringing sand into the covers?!?!?!? Housekeeping did not come to vacuum or provide clean towels..... Ventilation in bathroom is terrible, even taking a tepid shower made it steam up. Need stronger vent fans. We were on ground floor and whoever was above us must have had toddlers running laps in oversized shoes at 0745 am, another guest had a dog that started barking at 0734 am, and next door to us had their TV on loud at 0800, I'm guessing for their kids? ...need more soundproofing in rooms and walls."
