"No water , robes in the room, coffee and tea were not replenished. Had to ask at front desk. Elevator out of service and access to the pool was blocked off, due to an event in the conference room so had to take stairs and go outside to enter it. Blaring music Sunday morning from the retainers at 7:30 means no peaceful coffee on the balcony. "

"Great suite, had everything for the kitchen (utensils, cutlery, pots & pans, dishes). Had in-suite washer-dryer for laundry. WiFi and Cable was included. Free parking. Close to everything in and around Victoria - Langford - Saanich; even Butchart Gardens was only 30 minutes away. Found the mattress too soft for me, but fine for my wife."

"This is a beautiful location right on the water with views that are incredible. The unit itself was very clean and had great features. There are trails right by the property so no need to drive. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back for a longer stay next time."
