"We were met by our first names and instantly offered a cup of tea and cake! This personal,friendly theme ran throughout our short stay and made it a really lovely experience. The rooms were large and beautifully furnished with everything you could want and shiny clean. Breakfast was well organised with a time slot so we could again benefit from the personal touch from our super hosts. Excellent, freshly cooked large portions😀. Would happily stay here again and recommend to friends and family."

The location is great - literally around the corner from Torre Abbey, gardens, and the beach, marina and high street are not too far also."

"We stayed here as we were travelling to Cornwall so a quick stop over. The room we had was a classic king bed. The room was small in comparison to most hotels with that standard of room - very narrow entry and distance between the end of the bed and the wall. The shower was extremely small making it difficult to actually get in and out. The room was very hot - no air conditioning so we opened the window to at least have some air circulation and only a duvet on the bed so somewhat uncomfortable...

"When we arrived, it was getting cold. The room was present but cold. There was no attempt to put the heating on untill a complaint was made. And there was no heat in the bathroom the next morning. I was charged an extra £20 for the room. Breakfast was average of poor quality."
