"I was disappointed with my experience at St. Ann’s Guest House. While my overall stay was average, I encountered an issue involving transportation arranged through the front desk. Upon check-in, I requested assistance with arranging a TT rideshare for my airport transfer. I confirmed this request twice with the staff. On the morning of checkout, no one was at the front desk, and a man entered, identified himself as my driver, and I was directed by the staff. I don't remember the front desk...

"I booked an executive room which used to give you access to the executive lounge. The executive lounge at this hotel is no longer functional years now. There is a 25 USD credit applied for booking the executive rooms. That is for your entire party, not each. The hotel is in itself a magnificent property and location. The quality and standard of the food at breakfast has deteriorated from what I have known in the past. I also have repeatedly encountered the most unfriendly omlette ladies at this...
