"Such a cute boutique property! The room I originally booked didn’t quite meet my expectations due to an obstructed view, but management was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to take care of us. The entire staff was incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The property is a little older, but it has a very chic, stylish feel and lots of character. One thing to note: breakfast is a simple continental breakfast, so just keep that in mind if you’re expecting a full breakfast. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!"

"We’ve stayed at the Tides about 6 times now. Every single time they get it RIGHT ! Clean, comfortable, and always nice to have either a kitchenette or full Kitchen while traveling. The pool is clean and warm and lovely. Best location and Fantastic swimming just a 5 minute walk to gorgeous beach. BEST Hotel in Laguna without the mega price tag ! The staff is super also !"

"Excellent location: walk to Heisler Park, Crescent Bay Park, downtown/restaurants, Pageant of the Masters. Pavilions market nearby as well as several SB coastal trolley stops. Clean and well-stocked room, free parking provided. Communicative property manager responds promptly to questions/concerns. Overall great experience!"
