"This is a beautiful resort on the beach. It is well laid out with the bar and restaurant at the seafront and the bungalows in 2 lines facing each other leading up towards the street. "We loved our stay! The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to decorate the room for a birthday we were celebrating! The rooms are beautiful, clean and so close to the pool and beach. Would highly recommend staying especially with family. Lots of children"

"Very attentive staff on site. Strong dedicated WiFi signal for each room. Large fridge and strong A/C in the room. The resort offers mask/snorkels for free use but the glass on some were scratched so badly that it made viewing underwater very poor. I would suggest perhaps bringing your own snorkel gear for the best experience."

"Highly recommend this hotel - we absolutely loved it. We stayed in a 3 bed villa with pool. Good sized pool set in a garden with indoor/outdoor kitchen and lounge area. Good sized bedrooms each with en-suite with outdoor shower. Beds v comfortable. Fresh water and fruit platter delivered daily. Monkeys sometimes visit too! "We really enjoyed our time in Koh Lanta, and the Long Beach Chalet was incredible. While we did leave the resort for some activities, you could easily stay here and have everything you need. Amazing breakfast, massage services, pools, and location on the beach. Lym’s restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. We really loved our stay here!"

"The pool area is wonderful with trees around it making spots of shadow throughout the day. We did not have breakfast incl. and it was not a problem. The room was very nice and clean but need a hand with a new aircon as it was dripping. Also the holder for toilet paper was broken and the one for the towel. "Hotel was in a great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower worked well, bed was comfy, we loved the pool. The AC dripped water which ruined some of my journal pages, and the AC was very noisy, so if they sort that it will be perfect. The best thing were the dogs, Candy and Ice cream, they were so well looked after and super friendly. We would definitely stay here again."
