"Very nice and quiet area. Close to major tourist attractions around La Serena. I do like the fact that there’s a Moai right when you get to the hotel. I’m Rapa Nui, so I felt like I was supposed to be there. It was a surprise to me. Thank you for the service. I would definitely consider of going back next time I visit La Serena. "

"We had a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out. Maria helped in every way she could from booking tours to lending us a beach towel and parasol. She even got up to provide breakfast at 5.45am as we were leaving on a tour at 6.05am. The normal breakfast started at 7am
The room was beautiful and the bed extremely comfortable.
The hotel has a gorgeous garden, perfect for relaxing in."

"Staff was good but we encountered major issues having no water for showers and or bathroom after returning from a desert trips, no prior notice not once but two days in a row . Room facing the beach very very noice at night time with traffic and teen kids skating and bikes until well past midnight. "
