Loved that the property was on the beach. Spacious room. Too bad it wasn’t warm enough for the pool! We liked walking to restaurants but were disappointed to not find any small market nearby. Would recommend, would stay again.

Beautiful hotel would absolutely stay here again! Right along the beach, easy to walk to grab dinner. Wish we spent another night here. Hotel is super clean, nice pool, beautiful landscape!

An plain hotel that has a few deficiencies. A decent eatery and an average accommodation. Having communication difficulties, it is inconceivable that you compromised your privacy by disclosing your personal phone number to the reception staff, as it is only possible to communicate via WhatsApp.

Incredibly good service but mediocre hardware

People are really nice. Staffs are extremely friendly. I did the laundry and it was properly, effectively and efficiently done. The software is excellent. However the hardware needs some more maintenance. The room was a bit run down although it was very clean. As a four star hotel, I was expecting a more decent breakfast. The overall experience was excellent but all thanks should be to the excellent staffs. The hotel itself, needs some work.

It’s low season here and the hotel is by no means full but we couldn’t check in at 2pm and we couldn’t stay longer in the room. Shame. Even though there was coffee and tea in the rooms, there was no ‘crema’ or milk. I asked for some and was directed to the restaurant where they wanted payment for a cup of milk. Shame. Couldn’t even sit in the restaurant and buy a drink when we left the room as we were told it was closed. Shame. We have been travelling around Chile during low season and all the other hotels have been lovely! Shame this hotel seems more like a low cost budget airline….Staff was friendly so think this stems from the management.

Great and very comfortable.

One of best experiences in Chile. Swimming pool is big and water is very clean. I think the person who manages it is very hard worker. Thank you very much. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit and bread. To beach, takes only 3 minutes by walk. Almost just besides to beach. What a bit concerned is speed of wifi in room. Hope it can be faster. But I think not a big deal.

Great view and excellent relaxing area, pool and garden. Across the beach and 600 meters to local transportation to central La Serena. Restaurant is very good . Breakfast is excellent. Clean and safe.

I chose this hotel mainly because of the pool. The first photo shows a beautiful pool, and it was the key reason for my booking. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found out that the pool was not working. This was very disappointing, especially because it was not clearly mentioned in advance. The room was generally okay, but some areas were not very clean. The hair dryer was fixed with a short cord, which was not very convenient. There was also no place to dry a swimsuit. On the positive side, the bed was very big and comfortable. Towels were changed every day, which was nice. Breakfast was sufficient, but the choice of food was not the best. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the closed pool really affected my experience.

Ok place to stay in La Serena, not impressive.

My friend and I stayed one night at Hotel Club and we had high expectations because of the price we paid, but also because this is one of the mains Hotels in Avenida del Mar, the main road by the coast in La Serena. The pros are the location and installations within the Hotel as there's a swimming pool, restaurant and bar in the premises. The cons are the quality of the rooms with tired furniture, walls and noise coming from next room as there was a locked door that was facing the closet area and from where you could hear everything that was happening on the other side. Breakfast selection was good and check-in and out process went smooth. Not sure if we'd go back as there are probably better quality Hotels for the same or cheaper price.

The property doesn't reflect the offer amenities. The wifi is really weak in the room, making impossible to do remote work, for those are nomad worker. The room are really small and the bed are twin size. No AC in the room only heater. Staff try accomodate they were helpful.
