"The location is great and the accommodation is generally good. We had to get the taps fixed and get the weighing scales working. Our real problem was the food - not interesting, not well prepared. In a place like that, food is very important. Also, we informed the hotel two months before we went that there would be 3 people and not 4, but the hotel didn't reply, didn't pay any attention, and have refused to refund the cost of the fourth person. When we were there they promised to do something...

"A smaller hotel but with provided a great experience. The staff were outstanding from reception to the bar. The rooms were very cool (we had a family room) and large, clean and very well appointed. The restaurant always looked good with many options enough to satisfy kids too. The kids also loved the pool & table tennis games room. The Dive centre in the hotel was also excellent and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. It all worked well. Just over an hour from the airport but plenty stuff...
