The only reason this place isn't getting zero stars is the location, but even that comes with a massive "buyer beware" warning. The Mobility Nightmare: While the hotel is close to the beach, "close" means navigating a relentless series of steep stairs. This theme continues inside; there are stairs to get everywhere. This building is a complete no-go if you have any mobility issues or...

"We stayed for one night and had a very relaxing time. Great location on the Marazion seafront with a direct view out to St Michael's Mount. Good size well maintained rooms. Excellent dinner and breakfast served in the light airy sea view restaurant."

"Lovely location, parking at the hotel is limited. We stayed for four nights, Breakfast was a disappointment, on three occasions the eggs were over cooked, fresh fruit was a slice of Mellon, no bread/ roles. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was located a the rear of the hotel looking over a covered area for pub and hotel guests use. with the windows open the noise from this area was disturbing. But overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Ugh, what a disaster! So, I booked this place for two nights, right? Get there, and the main door to the key lockbox is jammed shut. Called the host like fifteen times, and nada—no answer. Had to scramble to find another place 'cause my girlfriend's pregnant, and we couldn't just hang around. To top it off, they wouldn't give me a refund! Had to fight it through my bank. Seriously, avoid this place like the plague. No one answers, and it feels like a total scam. "
