"We booked this place based on it was a new listing and nice modern furnishings. Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. "Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage im Summerland Resort. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Strand und kann dann von den Tavernen den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Paradies-Taverne bietet täglich frische Fischgerichte und ist wirklich toll gelegen! Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben… Mit dem Mietwagen sind es nur wenige Minuten zu weiteren herrlichen Stränden, die nicht so überlaufen sind wie manchecandere in der Hochsaison. "

"The property was beautiful and so well-maintained. It is a family owned and operated property, and they have a full garden throughout the property where the guest rooms are. The staff and service were lovely and the beach in front of the hotel is beautiful. The food was also excellent - home cooked pies every morning! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone!"

"Great place to unwind away from it all! On the beach and pretty good buffet! Dimitri made sure my stay was memorable by turning it upside down day one after arriving late for my ferry transfer to making sure I didn’t get stranded without any gas on the ATV I rented. Your professionalism definitely did not go unnoticed and I appreciate you more than you know. Thanks for taking care of this solo traveling lady! I will be back 🥰❤️"

"We had a really nice stay in this hotel. We had the room with a view on the sea. By far their best room and the appartment was clean. Zanneta made sure we had a nice stay at her place even though she does not speak english very well. Her son is there to help her out on the phone if she can't speak directly with you. I truly recommand this for a nice and calm vacation. And if you like kite surfing, this is the place for you."

"The villa was perfect for our stay in Naxos. Very clean, amazing pool with views of beach and kite surfers, and wifi and air conditioning all worked without any issues. Sakis the host is very friendly and helpful, meeting us at the port and taking us to the villa for checkin. Great local restaurants 10 minutes walk away and Sakis helped arrange car rental and taxi. Great time in Naxos!"

"The location is perfect, away from the busier sections of Plaka Beach. The Breakfast is 5-star. The pools are great, and it is directly across the street from the beach. The server that comes to the beach to takes order is a star. She is positive and upbeat. The bus that goes into town originates at the hotel. For $2.50, this certainly beats Uber! This is my second time here, and we will be back!"
