"Unbelievable stay. One of the most scenic places on our entire trip. Our room which was of good size and adequate amenities had a patio that overlooked the pool, cypress trees, and the ocean. It was like being at an Italian villa waking up to that view every morning. The pool was also an incredible addition to the stay. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. "This is a fantastic brand new property overlooking the main square. It is modern and luxurious with a beautiful large terrace with comfortable seating. The square and surroundings are full of restaurants and shops and some great Greek bakeries. They will even provide laundry service for a reasonable price. "This hotel is absolutely amazing, the staff are so attentive, they made us feel so comfortable. We have been to many Greek Islands and the island of kefalonia tops them all. This hotel is definitely one of the best on the island and the area of agya Effimia is a beautiful part of the island"

"No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room. Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy. We could hear two people arguing on higher floor. 3 min walk to nice beach with an attendant bringing drinks. ...
