"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sami Beach Hotel. We’d booked 3 nights at the hotel but ended up staying for 10 nights as we were massively let down by the villa owner on the day of arrival in Kefalonia (we’d booked 5 months prior). Caroline on reception and owner Spiro couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely family run hotel. 20 minutes walk to supermarket and restaurants on the seafront. "I have stayed at Alexatos several times and will do so again if I come to Agia. The apartments are comfortable clean and quiet, very close to the centre but set back, so almost no traffic and very quiet at night. Mirka, Demetrios and Steven are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome - they even helped me with some trouble with my rental car. "
