"Great clean and spacious room! I was in a mobility assisted room, so everything was perfectly accustomed for someone in a wheelchair. Hanging your coats, taking a shower, lowly placed light switches. It was very much restful and beautiful. The staff, this one woman of color in particular, was soooooo kind and knowledgeable and approachable. She 1000% took her job and her appearance seriously. I liked her as far as check in. "I stayed for a weekend getaway and was looking for peace and comfort. I’m so happy to say that I received both at this property. My suite was so quiet and comfortable and also clean with updated kitchen and bathroom amenities that were very nice. Housekeeping was also very accommodating and kind as well as the front desk staff. I plan to book another stay here and highly recommended to anyone. "

"I was greeted warmly when checking in, I had a comfortable bed, hot water. I didn't use the microwave or fridge. The breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes in the buffets. A pancake maker. And the other items you'd expect from a continental breakfast. The only bad mark has nothing to do with the hotel. I was at the end closest to Post Rd. Friday night had a lot of cars flooring their load engines, I assume making the on ramp. Had to turn on the fan to partially mask...

"The first room had a foul odor. The bathroom smelled like urine. I went down to the lobby afterwards and complained. The staff weren’t welcoming so I was a bit apprehensive of coming up and asking to have the room changed. The young man changed the room and informed me “I hope there’s no problems with this room because I have no more”. The 2nd room was a bit better however, there was hair in the bed, broken cover, and stains all over the carpet. "

"Management seems to be terrible. All staff are unhappy and complaining about the new management threatening to fire them and get new staff. They are always out of food items and you have to share staff for the front desk and bar area."
