"What a great place to stay specifically having access to the beach and the stores all at once. The best part was the cute cafe and the laundry area, really helped make my stay easier. I would recommend and I will be booking again when I return to Aruba"

"My experience was not so good. I reserved two rooms, for two persons each, and in the especials requirements I asked for 2 single beds in each room. I reinforced this requirement when the Welcome Team of the hotel send me a message some weeks before of my arrival. But no one told me that this requirement is not possible for the hotel. When I arrived, and I reminded the requirements to concierge, I realised that the rooms didn't were prepared. The solution was to assign two rooms for 4 persons, but only the room for kids that has two beds, but small, without window, poor lightning, and without a safety box. The staff didn't do so much to solve this problem in another way. The deception was so big, because we planned this trip some years ago to go all the family. I will not recommend Radisson."

"Very clean, with well maintained pool area and walking distance to beaches but highly recommend a rental car to see beyond! Parking was no issue at all, Property management VERY responsive Nice pool area with grill. We stayed in unit two single bed/bath it was perfect. I was able to see the two bedroom with full kitchen it was awesome! Only small negative I hesitate to mention the bed mattress is too firm for us but would definitely recommend and would come back!! Very reasonable rate!!"

"My wife and I stayed at Ocean Z Feb14-20. Our shower was missing a door. Water would flood the floor and soak the toilet. When I let the front desk know about the shower, I was told it had broken and was on back order. We were told there were no other rooms and we were given no solution. On the Ocean Z website, this room has a picture of a shower with two doors like normal. Ocean Z is now claiming this is how the shower is designed. Not true. We were given no inclination that they were working on a solution. So we left after one night. Unfortunately, Ocean Z is claiming we left without giving them a chance to fix the problem. Not true. Also, when I left Ocean Z, I was told the owner would call me. She did not. Not only that, but I had to call numerous times until I finally got ahold of her. When I did, she was very apologetic and offered me a weeks stay in the future. We didn't want to do that. I just wanted my money back. The owner told me to give her a couple days to get back to me. 25 days later she responded with another request for a couple more days. Then her partner emailed me a very dismissive denial of my request for a refund. So, I posted a review of my stay on another leading travel website. I am very disappointed with how I was treated after I was very patient waiting for them to refund my money. Look up my reviews. I stayed in room 13. The room I stayed in is the mini master queen pictured top left. Look at the bathroom shower."

"Word for the wise! If you pay for the “huts” on the beach for your entire stay, make sure you claim them daily between 7-9am or they are forfeited and given to other guests. You are not charged but you don’t have your hut. Many guests were upset as that is the reason you rent them so as not having to rush down in the morning. "
