"We come regularly due to location for appointments with hospital. Good size rooms, comfortable beds.
Unfortunately we were inundated with construction noise from the above resident renovation floors through out our stay. Reception staff said that they were not informed either but was unable to change rooms due to being busy. Apart from that, good quality hotel for the price."

"They were under construction-----------We were not warned before. Expedia screwed up my reservation. I ordered a DOUBLE STUDIO room but Expedia changed it into a QUEEN STUDIO ROOM. I NEEDED 2(TWO) BEDS As I was traveling with my 54 year old daughter and we were forced to sleep in the SAME bed-----------------------------I am 83 years old--------------It was not good"

"First up we were told after we paid that a $200 holding fee would be held for 28 days, if we had paid cash we could have got that back on check out.
For the price I was shocked that the expectation was we had to wash up, although no sink just a bucket you could fill up in the shower to wash your dishes. We decided against that as we discovered an ant trail in the food prep shelf thing.
There was also mould in the shower and the aircon was held together with duct tape.

"The room was clean and good. The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc.
I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day.
But if you don't have an e-bike or anything similar no issues with the...

"Very relaxing stay the staff were very friendly on arrival and showed us around the lush gardens. We had the pleasure of staying in the church loft, very unique experience. The only thing that could be improved is the light outside the church front windows (security light) in the common lounge area is on 24/7 and is very bright at night shining through the stained glass window on the front door. Shame it is not on a sensor after 9-10pm. Otherwise we would definitely come back."
