"I recently stayed at the Franklin Hotel during a solo deer hunting trip to Martha's Vineyard. Loved the cleanliness of the entire property and of my room. "My husband and I were attending an event in Falmouth and even though we live locally, we booked the Iris to avoid nighttime traffic driving. We know the area quite well and considered the Iris based on reviews and honestly, the price. We were so glad we did! The hotel is clean, safe, location is perfect - close to downtown yet away from the traffic there. We were pleasantly surprised by a refrigerator and microwave, along with a keurig coffee maker and local coffee kcups. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus with plenty of options. Of note, should you need a place to stay because someone is inpatient at Falmouth hospital, THIS is the place to stay!"
