Great little hotel. All communication is done via texting. There is no one on site at this hotel. However it’s a great little hotel near restaurants and bars.

This was the third year in a row I stayed at the Morgan Hotel in Oak Bluffs for my annual visit to MV. It’s quite good, very nice and convenient. The rooms are clean, each room is slightly different in configuration and design, unlike chain hotels, with very nice bathrooms. Highly recommended.

First and foremost….there is no one there to welcome you in. The person I called to get in was very available but other than that no one else working in the building. Shower was amazing. Nice bathroom. Bed was fine. Because I was in the front of the building I heard everything going on on the street.

Perfect Solo Trip

The Morgan hotel was the perfect place for my solo trip. The hotel itself was very cozy, well kept and gives the feeling of being “home”. The location was great being in walking distance to everything I wanted to do. I absolutely loved everything about it!

The room was very clean, though quite small. Thankfully, the outdoor seating area attached to the room provided a nice place to relax and helped the space feel less confined. The location is also a plus—within walking distance to stores and shops, which made exploring the area very convenient.

We spend at the hotel ,Easter and week after Hotel is very clean ,nice decorated bed comfortable 😁 you need good rest after walking around town even though not much is open during off season 😁,most we love is convenient with all needed ,transportation, many walking distances restaurant, shops.. You feel like you're in the right spot ,Stuff beyond nice , we already made reservations and will be back for memorial week 😀

Everything was great except the 3rd floor walk up the stairs to the room. They were steep and narrow but the staff person helped get bags up to the room. Busy corner near everything in the center of Oak Bluffs and Circuit St. would definitely stay again just not the top floor!

I had a great weekend at the Morgan Hotel. Great location, right In the heart of all the Action. The room was kinda small , but was clean and very cozy. AC was working fine! Loved going out on the balcony and relax and people watch. I went out one night and got locked out somehow. I think someone applied the dead bolt lock on the front door. I was able to call the Hotel Number and was given a code to gain entry thru another door. Staff was there mostly In the morning and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely use the Morgan Hotel another time.

The property is conveniently located in the heart of a cute shopping & dining area. You can walk to the beach/pier. Absolutely breathtaking! The room was perfect for the trip. The area was very clean & the room was also very clean. They gifted us a beach bag and 2 reusable water bottles. I look forward to staying here again. I rate this place 10/10. Oh, you MUST try the fresh made donuts from the shop across the street!! Backdoor Donuts!

Loved how it was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and lobby was always restocked with coffee, ice and water. But, I did not like how there was limited parking space and had to race other people just to get a parking spot. I did get a parking ticket at one point as well because there was no where else to park.

I loved the location of the hotel and that it was nice and clean. It was a little strange staying in a hotel without staff onsite, but knowing I could reach out to the sister hotel if needed made it fine. I didnt really need anyone except for when I arrived early prior to my check in time, and because theres no staff, it gives me more anxiety about leaving my luggage until it's time to check in. If there was a locker system where you could store luggage if needed would make the place perfect. Besides that I didnt have any complaints, it was a wonderful stay perfect location and it was clean.
