"My only complaint is that the private message sent to me regarding the number to call upon arrival at the airport to arrange for pickup by the shuttle was deleted before check-in (not sure if that was by Expedia or by Comfort Inn). Was a hassle to find out how to contact the hotel after midnight."

"Close to the airport and the airport shuttle was very convenient"

"The property is well located in (relation to the airport and downtown Boston. A free blue bus shuttle connects the airport terminals with the blue line at airport and onward to Beachmont) The room was modern and clean. A range of shops exist around the Beachmont station; including an excellent family bakery ! The complimentary breakfast provides a great start to the day. Staff are very welcoming and helpful."

"The restaurant was excellent. The experience with the hotel not so great. 1. I arrived at the hotel at 2 45 pm. It is a steep walk up 6 or so stairs to get into the hotel, which was difficult for me to get my suitcase up. No one was there. I had to sit around and wait for staff to show up which was 3:30 or so. There are no other businesses around. It is 1 and a half stories up to the first floor of rooms with several stairs. Lucky for me, the gentleman that checked me in carried the suitcase up...

"Extremely conveniently located hotel to the airport with a constantly running shuttle bus that dropped us off and picked us up, had breakfast in the hotel which was absolutely fine. I will stay here again."

"Property was great, excellent location, nice staff. My problem was that there was a construction on the street right in front of my windows of the third floor. At night rattling plates when cars were driving by , since the morning construction noises. So honestly, the hotel is big…. Why you put guests the closest possible to the noise? Second, I wish that there was a fridge in the room. Overall I would be back but be aware of the room location."

"I was sorely disappointed with this property, I certainly expected more from a Marriott. Poor maintenance . . Two lights in the room were inoperable and there was no power at the bedside - it took 4 calls to the front desk (2 in person) to finally get someone to resolve the issue so my wife could hook up her respirator. The faucet handle in the bathroom sink was coming off and we never did find any ice - the ice machine on our floor was inoperative as were the ones above and below; I called the...
