"Hallo zusammen, das Hotel ist sauber und für einen Strandurlaub völlig ausreichend. Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich und bemüht. Lediglich eine Person an der Rezeption wirkte auf mich etwas unfreundlich. Davon abgesehen waren aber alle Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. "Ideal location in Cala Bona, our room had an ocean view and a nice sized balcony. Room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, small fridge, hairdryer and safe. Outdoor pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds although they were all taken by 9am. There is also a separate sundeck away from the pool together with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style with a variety of both hot and cold food."
