"Room clean just very outdated, was given 4 keys to unlock doors, one for front entrance door, if arriving back to hotel and nobody's there, an old style skeleton key for room door, another key for patiodoor, and a key for safe, was interesting to say the least. Staff are very friendly speak English and make you feel welcomed, also will give you help on where to go and how to get there. Area a little far from anything within a normal walking distance. Having a vehicle is definitely recommended...

"Although well located, our unit needed a fair amount of TLC. in particular, the sofas were very dirty. As for the beds, the mattress needed a full replacement. I had to sleep on the couch in order not to feel pain from my back. As for the service, we had a good experience with the restaurant personnel as well as the purser. But the reception employee provided a sub par service. A final word, this resort has not the structure for individuals having a mobility impairment. "

There was a weather incident upcoming during my stay and they were very knowledgeable. Also it was just nice to talk about living there rather than the usual hostel talk. "After a difficult start trying to find my villa on a cold rainy night because of the useless map given out at check-in, number 407 proved spacious and comfortable and the kitchenette well stocked and easy to use. The cleaning and support staff were all friendly. Breakfast when ordered was generous and good and it was a delight to be given fresh bread on the first morning.
