Ocean House Hotel & Motel

"We had a standard room in the hotel building and while there wasn’t a view from the room and it was on the small side, it was absolutely adorably decorated. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable and having a fridge in the room was very convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch with drinks and loved having the beach so close. We will stay again and upgrade to one of the suites so we have the ocean view."

"Standard 1970’s/80’s era beach hotel. Fit the bill just fine. Staff very pleasant. Room was clean (ZERO issues). The heating system worked great as did the air conditioning. Look, this is not a Ritz Carlton and does not hold itself out to be. I don’t give out 5 star ratings for properties which are not designed to be 5 star hotels. Here, this was all I expected having stayed intermittently at Old Orchard Beach since 1980. I would have I issues rebooking for my wife and I for a few nights next year."

"Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Beach was a one min walk from our door. Amusement park & town center was also just a quick walk away. Plenty of coffee and breakfast places nearby. Loud train did go by every few hours but didn’t bother us personally. Would stay here again for sure!"
