The website says there is free breakfast, there is not, nor is there a coffee pot in the room. You have to get coffee in the office. It also says there is a restaurant on site, there most definitely is not. We also think there should be stationary chairs, not just rolling computer chairs, for safety. Older people can't use them safely. Manager was very nice, but we didn't get room...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and we loved having two separate rooms. Traveling with two teenage girls, we found the layout perfect — we could relax and watch TV while they hung out in their own space and scrolled on TikTok without everyone being on top of each other. "We liked the fact it was close to Asilomar Beach, Safeway grocery store, Monterey and Carmel. Free parking, Microwave & fridge. Sufficient usb and outlets. We didn’t like the bathroom. The roll in shower had grab bars but no place for personal products. The bathroom towels were hanging on the grab bar in the shower when we checked in, so they got wet when we turned the shower on. The bathroom had no robe hooks, no place to put wet bath towels. The water in both the shower and sink took at least...

"Our ground floor room was a little loud but it’s a cute place 2 blocks to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely and fun to see other guests. Very comfortable bed with fragrance free bed sheets 👍👍👍. Hosts here sweet and helpful. They need to open the front and back door at least once a day for a little while to “burp” the house as the air was a little stagnant inside."

"I like the place and my room. It was a clean room, and the parking lot has enough space for the guests. My only complaint was a little bit of noise at night from those who come late. But overall, it's highly recommended for those people looking for a cheaper place to stay."

"Good free parking. Great location near the pier and beach. The staff was very friendly and professional. Had a problem with the shower but it never really was addressed. Was a bit disappointed in that. The breakfast was brought to the room which was a treat. Overall a great stay, just would if I could afford it get a water front room. It’s nice to leave the sliding doors open for the breezes but it was loud in the morning."
