"Westlight was an excellent property. Very conveniently located and beautifully decorated. Room was clean with everything you could need. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable- ready with local recommendations. Breakfast was nice and had good variety. To note there are no elevators at the property and you may have to walk multiple flights to your room. "Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"

"Maintenance was wonderful but the front desk was not approachable/customer friendly. I had read such wonderful reviews and was excited to stay slightly outside the busy district but I don’t know if it was worth it. Keep in mind the nearest train station is a 20 minute walk which wasn’t terrible."

"We were really pleased with the service we received at the hotel. We arrived after an early start and a delay in the immigration section of Lisbon airport and were greeted by the reception team. They made the process very easy for us. The room was more than we expected with a separate lounge area and large King-size bed. We had a small terrace and sea view. We couldn't ask for more. "Great hotel! About a 30 min walk into Cascáis but it’s a lovely walk along the water. The hotel staff are very friendly - shout out to Carols who brought our bags up to our room while we were out exploring! The pool area is nice with a good view of the water."
