"We booked this hotel bot realizing how close it is to downtown Lisbon. Because we had rented a car, this was a nice surprise, althpugh Im sure theres a bus that could get you anywhere from here if you don't have a car. The staff were extremely nice without being intrusive. Check in and check out were smooth. The room was very nice, especially for the price, quiet, very clean, spacious and well equipped. "Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"

"Our room was very spacious, bigger than we thought and had a large balcony. Only stayed one night but would’ve enjoyed staying longer. Has free parking although limited. Only few minutes drive to Cascais."

"Moderne hotell i gamle jernbanekontorer. Fint forseggjort, og trivelig. Men lite servicetilbud utover overnatting, frokost og en restaurant (som vi ikke prøvde). Frokosten var bra, med en egen omelettkokk. Fine rom med særdeles høy takhøyde. Fin temperatur, men høy lyd fra trafikken på utsiden, så ørepropper anbefales. Jernbane- og Metrostasjon i bygget, så det er enkelt å komme til og fra. Gamle bydelen, Alfama, rett bak hotellet. "
