"Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"

"Our stay was superb from our check-in to the service around the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. You could order other items if you didn’t like the buffet. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was absolutely fantastic."
