"Property is beautiful, out of the way but still close to everything, we could see the top of a flume from siam park from the balcony but not much noise so really peaceful, the room was spacious and clean, hot tub was fab, I basically lived in it the entire time, its cleaned often too. Took the firestick that was fine for the livingroom tv but wasnt able to use on the bedroom one, we used the tablet to watch tv in bed. There are parking spaces, but the disabled spaces are up a very narrow and steep hill, its ok once youve drove up and down it a couple of times though, so wasnt a problem. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, everything was cooked perfectly, the coffee and juices were great, definetely was english style food so perfect for any picky eaters that are ok with toast, sausages, hash browns and bacon, some cake and pastry too, couldnt fault it. The sofa bed was two singles though and there was a space in between them, never seen that before but they brought a double matress topper to make it a double bed as soon as I asked which sorted the problem. I read reviews saying not all room has washing machine but ours did, the microwave was easy enough to work, the kettle was clean, fridge freezer was spacious and a bottle of water in it on arrival. We've already booked our next stay in 3 months with the Wyndham residences, we'll probably be back every year to be honest, it just ticked all the boxes for us really, highly recommend."

"Lovely family holiday. Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with washing machine and dishwasher. Friendly professional staff, clean and comfortable. Good reasonably priced pool bars and restaurants and adult cocktail bar. We budgeted for taxis so location was not a problem. "

"Fantastic holiday. Complex clean, staff all friendly and plenty of restaurants within a max 20 min walk away. We stayed 12 days and didn’t eat at the same place twice. We managed the walk to los abrigos in 15 minutes with a 7&10 year old. We used taxis for beach days, water park and money world. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms, aircon throughout and a lovely sea view. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and already looking at next year! "

"Great hotel and amazing staff. Breakfast was good and the pool area was very chilled out. Only negatives are the sea view rooms are very noisy from noise on the street outside and people on the beach in the dark. The indoor pool is at a charge ."

"First holiday where every single member of staff was super nice. The shows were nice and so were the restaurants. Food was tasty and healthy. Metered taxi from airport to hotel EUR22 for 5 people each way. "
