"We booked this because of it being close to the airport but the area was a little rough around the hotel I suppose we had decent value for money - The bed was comfortable and the staff helpful but it was very very tired !!! No hot water and even the cold water ran very slowly - even in the alternative room after they moved us It would have been a luxury place I think in the 1980s but not really moved on from there "

"To begin with, they give you a number in case you have a problem talking to the receptionist, then you talk to him and as if it weren't with him, he doesn't answer you, you explain the reasons and he just forgets that you are talking to him.
