"We ended up at the Pullman Cairns International after a horrendous night at the Mercure Cairns and it was a huge relief. Professional and friendly staff. Amazing location. Clean and spacious, not much to fault. "

The room we were upgraded to was great, the mattresses were really soft and the pillows were nice, the balcony was an amazing addition. The only concern we had with the place was the smell of damp, but we opened the balcony doors and that helped a lot. "

"When we arrived we had to clean the room, floors were dirty and sticky, wash mould off the bathroom wall tiles and ceiling and the sofa was also broken. Once we cleaned and propped up the sofa our stay was great. Best views and position on the Esplanade. Stayed for 4 weeks and would stay again."
