"We loved our stay at this lovely resort like hotel, great staff : Clair at checkin was professional and accommodating, Davidoff and Alberto at the tiki bar were so fun and helpful! We LOVED the restaurant for dinner in The evening , yummy food and reasonable prices. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well as its was one of the best I’ve enjoyed travelling in Europe! Leandro was very communicative and provided detailed instructions for entering the room and what was available in the area. Whenever we come back to Rome and need a place close to the airport, we will definitely book this great villa again!"

"We had a very nice time staff was excellent very clean and sanitary. Their breakfast have assorted biscuits cookies nutrí bars yogurts breads juices fruits and boil eggs. The cold cuts were very good to make a sandwich. But the coffee, Oh the coffee was excellent!! I had a most delicious cappuccino, they also have Latte, espresso, Americano, a variety as well. Also they served us coffee before opening of the breakfast time, very hospitable all around. I love clean & fresh linen! Their linen was exceptionally clean fresh and crispy 👌 There's not much to do around the area unless you like and go to the beach, a 12 to 15 minute walk or take a taxi to a shopping area. The neighborhood is mainly residential and rentals. There's a few restaurants where you get authentic Italian food. Overall I give this small hotel a five stars for cleanliness hospitable comfortable and their attention to our requests."

"This was an amazing deal if you ever need an emergency overnight near FCO. The host meets you at the property. He is friendly and helpful but doesn’t speak English. He uses a translation app on his phone and all is ok. This guesthouse is old school - there is nothing modern or boutique about it, but it’s clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is great and the TV works. “Breakfast included” means there is a tray in your room with packaged breakfast toast, jelly, nutella, etc. and the host shows you how to use the coffee maker in the kitchen. This neighborhood in Ostia is very local and not touristy at all. The beach is a block away."

"The apartment is very nice, quiet, close to the sea, with nice comfortable bed(s) and two conditioners that are really effective against the hot Italian weather. There were a bunch of things that the owner could have done better: first of all the owner is not a person but a company. That is OK if communication is prompt but we had unfortunately very slow response time (in days) when asking about the broken bidet (which is not a big problem abut remained broken for the whole stay). Second issue, the apartment building had some work being done and the inside was a bit dirty (probably dust or sand and some ants). Lastly, and maybe that was the most unexpected, no toilet paper was left for our 3-day stay . Fortunately salt, coffee and olive oil was there but it was not clear if left by the owner or previous dwellers. It is likely we would go back there but it all depends on the price. We think that what we paid for it this time around was fair."
