"I had mixed feelings about my stay at Fontainebleau. The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from a luxury property.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not reflect that same standard. The hallways were dirty, with trash left out and debris on the floors. Even more concerning, basic maintenance seemed neglected — signage was falling off the walls and an exit sign was left sitting on the floor, which felt both unprofessional and unsafe.
The elevators were another major issue, with wait times reaching up to 20 minutes at times. On top of that, there was no control in the hallways late at night — children were running and screaming around 1 AM, and there was no visible security or staff addressing the situation.
Overall, while the rooms are nice, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and oversight throughout the property really took away from the experience."
