"I have booked the room with a reservation for parking lot. The hotel was a 2 mins walk to Femantle Market. Lots of dining options in the area. The beach areas were about 10 min walk. The hotel offered a 5 to 6pm free 1 drink at their pub next door with cheese platters. Breakfast was simple in the morning with nice bread and lots of jam spreads + coffee machine + tea. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much. The staff at check in was very friendly"

"Fabulous location! Right near Como Jetty & Beach, The Karalee on Preston (for the best steak sandwich & crumbed lamb cutlet in WA) & Wild Lime Cafe (for cheap but exceptional early-morning coffee). The apartment was clean & well-appointed with a big bathroom, washer & dryer. Large balcony too. Above all efficient & friendly staff."

There was a loose metal strip (carpet tread) that was loose, which could be a hazard. minor fix. but the room itself was very very nice. and great location with great views, lovely walk along the water front. parking can be a bit awkward when you first arrive as its not very clear where you go or wait whilst you go up and check in and get a parking pass if you have organized parking with the hotel. but when you...
