"Interesting conversion of historical convent to hotel. Very relaxing to be by the rooftop pool. Walking distance to transportation, restaurants, shopping, beach. Onsite restaurant was good, although service was a bit odd."

"A beautiful room with separate sitting and dining area. There were small balconies allowing us to enjoy views of the cathedral. At the time of our stay there were some roadworks outside but they were not bothersome. Spacious bathroom with separate bath and nice products. The breakfast area was comfortable although we only really wanted to eat toast, so ended up going out to Caravanserai Cafe a couple of times, which is just to the side of the cathedral opposite. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I personally was expecting the reception area to have a bit more of a wow factor and be larger, but this did not affect our enjoyment of the room. Aircon worked well in Summer. You can book the sauna and steam room for private use. This was a lovely relaxing treat. There are restaurants, shops and cafes outside, and the beautiful seafront is only a 5-10 minute walk. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"This hotel was absolutely wonderful and excellent value for money. When we booked - only basic rooms were available, but they were perfect in every way with gorgeous bathrooms. Only a city view room was available and we were concerned about noise - however the soundproofing was excellent. Restaurant and bar facilities were wonderful with friendly , professional staff. The location is excellent- right on the beach. Free beach towels made afternoons on the beech enjoyable. Perfectly located to visit all attractions. Couldn't recommend highly enough and would definitely recommend book if visiting the area again"
