"For the price and location its worth it if on a budget in the Bahamas. Its location is very convenient to the airport. Also you are able to walk to the beach across the street. If you are looking for fancy and very high end accommodations, this place will disappoint. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a coffee/breakfast shop in the lobby that was very nice."

"The entire staff is wonderful, gracious and so helpful. The location is excellent if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxed getaway, far from the large resorts. Old Fort Bay Club is beautiful, situated on a stunning beach without crowds of people. Very good food (we preferred the Italian restaurant over the Asian). Gym is very good and the pool is decently sized for those who like to swim laps. Room and bathroom are clean and spacious. The only thing missing is mini fridge."

One thing I did wish they'd consider is that microwaves were in the rooms and not be charged a $50 fee for a microwave, other than that everything was perfect! "Witten on May, 23, 2026. I’ll start this review by saying that I felt supervised, controlled very uncomfortable & on top of that watched. Sandra is the host she had mentioned to me that she wouldn't charge me for using the air conditioning in the room that it would be free which I thought was very kind of her. "Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."

"The Cove was a great place to visit. However, the food there is very expensive and not worth the prices. One may feel to go downtown where the food can be cheaper adds another hefty taxi fee to your bill."
