"For the price and location its worth it if on a budget in the Bahamas. Its location is very convenient to the airport. Also you are able to walk to the beach across the street. If you are looking for fancy and very high end accommodations, this place will disappoint. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. "I recently stayed at Baha Mar’s Grand Hyatt for 7 nights, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of customer service and the way serious problems were handled throughout my stay. During my trip, an unauthorized charge of approximately $7,000 was somehow posted to my room account. "We've been to the "go-go" big resort like the SLS BAHA MAR a couple of times before .... then we found this small upscale boutique resort As seniors, this is a marked contrast much for the better: peace and quiet is NEVER a bad thing . Highly recommended for the traveller looking for a refined quiet secluded getaway. PS the spa treatments are fab with a special shoutout for Lynn Lowe as a "must do""

"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."
