"Really pleased with our stay at Royal Duchy Hotel. The staff were all absolutely brilliant, friendly and helpful. Our room was massive and very clean and had everything we needed. Both a large shower and a large bath in our room. Facilities area and pool also very nice. Free dry robes to borrow, if needed, were a nice touch, although we didnt use them this time unfortunately. "Very friendly staff and comfortable accommodation. Good food, clean and everything needed to make a great stay. Only small niggle was unable to open window and I am a fresh air freak. Slow draining sink which I did report. Great location and choices from the bar. Excellent value for money on current offers. Would stay again. "

"Great position. Our room overlooked the harbour so we had great views. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. It’s close to the main streets as well so ideally situated. Breakfast was great really tasty and ample. We would stay again for sure."

"Lovely old inn within minutes' walk of the town pubs and eateries. Be aware though, the shortest route is via the steep steps aptly called 'Jacob's ladder' across the road. Hotel staff were very friendly, incredibly friendly towards the dogs making it the perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and a good breakfast. Will stay again."

"I had a fantastic couple of days in Falmouth staying at Membly Hall Hotel whilst settling my daughter into the local university. My room was spacious and immaculate, the staff were welcoming and very friendly, and the included breakfast ranged from continental style to full English. I sat in the sea facing sun room for a few hours and enjoyed a sandwich platter from the bar menu. Happy to recommend this hotel for solo travel, as it was really comfortable and friendly."

"Very nice property, beautiful views of the beach and lake from the property, nice garden area to sit and relax. Parking for two cars was really helpful. Truro and Falmouth were good places to visit. Trelissick Garden National Trust was also a good place to visit, especially if you are National trust members, the gardens there are beautiful. "
