"The only thing I didn’t like was the surprising lack of power outlets in the room. I’ve never come across this before, even in 100 year old buildings. There was one dedicated to the fridge, one for the electric kettle, and one spare. By contrast, the 3star hotel I’m in now, has six power outlets, including on both sides of the bed. "Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating despite it coming towards end of season, room was spacious but could have been cleaner. The shower was amazing, great water pressure. "Attention to detail and staff friendless was unparalleled. From a button for service at the pool to valets on arrival. Views and food were stunning. While a little slow sometimes with requests, they always made up for it. Spa was cold as they turned heating off a week early. With amazing outdoor pools, spa should be warm always. Add a steam room too. Pure luxury and indulgence overall"
