While a little slow sometimes with requests, they always made up for it. Spa was cold as they turned heating off a week early. With amazing outdoor pools, spa should be warm always. "We had a recent stay at the hotel. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was tranquil. The hotel had parking for our car. The rooms were a good size and had everything you would need. We used the pool, even though the weather wasn’t quite ready. We were looked after. The atmosphere was chilled. The breakfast had a good variety cooked food, cheeses, cereal, bread/pancakes. The only criticism would be maybe a slightly better vegan option (butter, yoghurt etc). Highly recommend"
