"Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"
"Loved our stay here. The suite was extremely family friendly and the host provided all of the essentials (crib, high chair, baby gate, etc). It was very nice to have outdoor space for our toddler and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a short drive to the beach (too far to walk) and with a car it was easy to get into the main town area. The little store and restaurant just around the corner were helpful too. "The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The house is kept very clean, and it's so welcoming. There is space for you to keep your food in the kitchen, as well as coffee in the morning. The rooms have a nice bathroom, and mine had a lovely porch to have breakfast on. You are also welcome to use the other spaces in the house and backyard. All in all, a great visit. We will return."
"Lovely property. Very convenient for walking to synagogue. Amazing walks along seashore in both directions. Breakfast complete and easy with a ‘self-serve’ model and beautiful sunny outside garden In Which to enjoy it. Easy parking. Could not have asked for better stay. Nice view of Sintra palaces from our room. Even was given a flower for “Woman’s Day”. "

Cons: not a 5* property but more 3-4*. Old property that makes you feel like you are in the 80’s. Staff were nice overall while doing the basics but service felt more like in a Bed & Breakfast with some sort unionised staff feeling rather than in a 5* hotel with proper attention, service and guest experience.
Room smelt humidity the whole time even with the window opened (3 days) and bathroom was really horrible and old and not cleaned thoroughly...

"Lovely quiet resort away from the busier parts of Cascais but only a short drive from the centre. We loved our villa, it was spacious, very clean and tastefully furnished. It felt newly renovated. Daily cleaning was also a very welcome surprise.
We ate at both the on site cafe and restaurant and enjoyed them both. The only feedback would be on the lack of suitable options for children on the restaurant menu, for a family friendly resort we found this to be a little strange.
