"We enjoy our stay at Luna House very much! Great location with easy to access to supermarket, restaurants and train station etc. Spotlessly clean room and common areas, helpful and welcoming staffs. Good size room and toilet, comfortable bedding. You need key card to get in and out the property which made us feel safe to stay. Lovely garden with a swimming pool, we are delighted to meet cute Luna!"

"Extra cost for everything"

"Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"

"Rooms was clean, hotel in general is a bit dated but has a very unique feel. All staff was very nice and helpful."

"The building's exterior is pretty run down. The apartment itself was alright, though I'm not sure why there was an extra small bed. The view was definitely the best part. The staff was quite helpful, and the cleaning person was super efficient, even though I did notice some bite marks on my arms afterward, maybe from the bed, and people were smoking on their balconies. Other than that, it was mostly well-stocked. They should probably fix up the pool and pool area or just turn it into something...

"We stayed in a one bedroom bungalow which was perfect for just the two of us. However it was definitely dated but we didn’t mind. It was very nice to have the restaurant and little store there too. "

"This place is best suited for a quick, no-frills golf trip. In terms of quality, it sits somewhere between a Hampton Inn and a Moxy. If this property were advertised as a 3-star hotel, it would be alright . However, claiming to be a 5-star establishment is a joke, and I will not be returning.
