"The hotel was beautiful. The room had a big comfortable bed and 2 nice arm chairs. The host custom cooked breakfast for us and arranged for a taxi when we had to leave. There was a lovely terrace out back which will be nice when the weather is warm."

"Lovely quaint hotel. Staff attentive and helpful. As per other reviews yes there are no lifts second floor rooms are a slight hike up. Yes the rooms could do with upgrading but for what you pay for a night and an ease of access to the port no complaints from us. We had a family quadruple room, good size but really warm room, no air con small windows but lots of road noise when open"

"I have used this hotel several times as an overnight stay before an early morning ferry. It’s perfectly adequate in that context. It’s been recently refurbished since my last visit - they’ve done a nice job. The restaurant next door is very handy and serves good food at reasonable prices ."

"Staff is very friendly, easy checkin, dog no problem. the snacks, plates and pizza;s are very good. the location is close the the town centre and within a few mitutes to the highway to visit other citys and the DDay beach and monuments. The breakfast is good with nice coffee and fresh breads"
